Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, taking into account the timing of your cancellation. 1. Full Refund (Three Weeks or More in Advance):
- If you cancel your reservation or request a refund three weeks (21 days) or more in advance of the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
2. Half Refund (Two Weeks in Advance):
- If you cancel your reservation or request a refund between three weeks (21 days) and two weeks (14 days) in advance of the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a half refund of your payment.
3. No Refund (Less Than Two Weeks in Advance):
- If you cancel your reservation or request a refund less than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. A $100 per seat fee will be charged for all refunds paid by credit card, no matter how far in advance they are cancelled.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@alpharoboticskc.com. You will need to provide your reservation details and the reason for the cancellation.
Exceptions:
- In exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellations or changes initiated by us, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation period.
