The FANUC Robot Operations course is a two day course that is ideal for the every day operator who will not be programming the robots but does need basic knowledge of how they operate and how to recover from crashes and faults. This course will teach the user how to properly navigate the teach pendant, jog the robot in different ways, understand basic programming instructions, execute and step through production programs, diagnose standard faults and recover from crashes. This course is not required prior to taking the FANUC HandlingTool Operation & Programming course. Students will receive a copy of the training manual at the completion of the course.

The FANUC HandlingTool Operation & Programming course is a four day course that is ideal for engineers, maintenance technicians, and operators seeking advanced knowledge of robot operations. This course will teach the user how to properly navigate the teach pendant, jog the robot in different ways, understand basic programming instructions, create/test/modify/execute material handling programs, diagnose standard faults, recover from crashes, teach frames, create and execute MACROs, monitor/force/simulate inputs and outputs, and create backups for the system. This course is the basis for a significant portion of the NOCTI exam for those wishing to become certified operators. Students will receive a copy of the training manual at the completion of the course.

The NOCTI Prep Course and Exam is a one day course that is intended for anyone who plans to become a FANUC Certified Robotics Operator and take the NOCTI FCR-01 exam. This course will review materials learned in the FANUC HandlingTool Operation & Programming course, give an overview of FANUC Roboguide software, and concludes with the NOCTI FCR-01 exam.
